Wall Mount Rack

WM-DS Series  Wall Mount Rack for small Networking, AV, Telecom & lab application. Racks manufactured out of steel sheet punched, formed, welded and Powder coated with highest quality standards under stringent ISO 9001-2008 Manufacturing & Quality management system to ensure highest quality product.NetRack Enclosures is a leading worldwide manufactures, providing best quality of network components like Wall Mount Racks, Wall Mount Server Racks.

The rack unit size is based on a standard rack specification as defined in EIA-310. The rack unit is also specified as the unit of height in the Eurocard standard, Wall Mount Racks also defines a similar unit, horizontal pitch (HP), used to measure the width of rack mounted equipment.

Do note that the mounting hole distance (as shown to the right) is different for 19" racks and 23" racks: The 19" racks uses odd spacings (as shown to the right) while the 23" racks uses evenly spaced mounting holes.

A front panel or filler panel in a rack is not an exact multiple of 1.75 inches (44.45 mm). To allow space between adjacent rack-mounted components, a panel is 132inch (0.031 inch or 0.79 mm) less in height than the full number of rack units would imply.

Standard for Racks configuration will be welded frame integrated with side panel and Wall Mount Rack Manufacturers vented top cover with fan mounting provision, Associated Front Glass Door with lock & Key. Front Section will be hinged to Back section with high quality hinges. Back section will have wall mounting provision. Front & Back section can be locked with lock & Key available from 6RU to 15RU Variants

Originally, the mounting holes were tapped to receive a particular type of threaded boltWall Mount Server Racks are still frequently used in some government and military applications, often in conjunction with slide rails for ease of maintenance. However, it is no longer typical for frequently changed server racks, due to the possibility for the threads to become damaged or for a bolt to bind and break off, rendering the mounting hole unusable. Tapped-hole racks are still used for hardware that rarely changes, such as phone, network cabling panels, TV broadcasting facilities, studios and relay racks.

Rack-mountable equipment is traditionally mounted by bolting or clipping its front panel to the rack. Within the IT industry, it's common for network/communications equipment to have multiple mounting positions, including table-top and wall mounting, so Wall Mount Server Racks will often feature L-brackets that must be screwed or bolted to the equipment prior to mounting in a 19-inch rack. With the prevalence of 23-inch racks in the Telecoms industry, the same practice is also common, but with equipment having 19-inch and 23-inch brackets available, enabling them to be mounted in existing racks.

Standard for Racks configuration will be welded frame integrated with side panel and vented top cover with fan mounting provision, Associated Front Glass Door with lock & Key and provision to mount racks on wall and available from 4RU to 15RU Variants with 400, 500 & 600 Deep configurations. Wall Mount Cabinets are often purchased for convenience, saving storage space, and for decorative value. Using a pot rack delivers convenience because a person is able to find the pots and pans quickly and easily when they are needed. These racks also save storage space by freeing up cabinet space and allowing pot racks to be stored on in previously unused space in the kitchen. Wall Mount Cabinets also provide decorative value and can enhance the overall scheme and visual appearance

Wall Mounted racks are designed to hang on the wall to save space. Wall mount cabinets can appear like a horizontal bar or can look like a small hanging shelf. Some shelf pot racks come with a grid like hanging pot racks. Bar pot racks are just a strip of metal that attaches to wall studs in two places. Pots are hung on the knob that protrude from the bar. Wall pot racks are safely attached to screws that are drilled into wall studs, not plaster or drywall.
